Julie Lohre is nothing if not inventive. An
example of this would be in her use of
supplements. With thousands of successful
clients reporting to us regularly
on how they implement Beverly products into
their lifestyle, we thought we’d heard it all. Not
so! Julie mixes Beverly vanilla Muscle Provider
with Mountain Dew (the highest caffeine beverage
in the soft drink game), chocolate Muscle
Provider with one or two shots of pure espresso
and finally grinds Ultra Size with dark chocolate
coffee cake and cinnamon — for three highoctane
muscle-jolting workout rushes!
More impressively, Julie defied traditional post-pregnancy tradition by winning the Northern Kentucky Figure just five months after having her first son! It’s not that I haven’t been physically fit all of my life. In fact, I began exercise practically from the moment I left the womb. At three years, I started gymnastics and stayed competitive well into my teens. I even tried out for the Junior National Team. I developed an appreciation for discipline, strength, flexibility, and muscularity early. In college, I taught gymnastics. But alas, my nutrition ‘program’ became fast food value meals. After graduation, I began a career at Procter & Gamble and my husband, Rick and I (yeah I picked up one of those mates along the way too) tried to be active. |
