BACK TO REAL TECHNIQUE FOR
MAXIMUM MUSCLE!

The Most basic fact about training is that everyting works, at least until you plateau

BodyMuscle Journal Volume 4

Whether you use steroids or not, to grow muscle, there are certain things you MUST do in training and specific things you MUST EAT and here they are:

ESSENTIALS YOU CAN TAKE TO YOUR BANK!

1. Your training program must be progressive in one or more of the following areas:
  • Amount of resistance or weight used for a particular set.
  • Number of reps performed with a particular weight.
  • The amount of time in which a particular series of sets are performed.

2. You must improve in one of the above areas to STIMULATE your potential for growth.
  • Even with the proper stimulus no growth will occur without sufficient rest and recuperation.
  • Proper nutrition and supplementation with an assist from genetics, however, determine HOW MUCH you will grow and how fast!

TECHNIQUES THAT WORK FOR EVERYONE!

There are a number of advanced techniques that work when intelligently applied to your training. Some though are horribly misused and abused. These include forced repetitions, cheating, negative-assisted training and double split training. We will use all for muscular growth.

But, let's look at two advanced techniques that we see being misused, overused and abused -- Forced Reps and Cheating.

These do allow you to fool yourself that you are lifting more than you are actually able. Put your ego in check and make regular progressive increases in the poundages you use. Soon, you'll be able to lift on your own what you were doing by cheating or with outside help.

FORCED REPS:

Walk into a gym and you'll see it nearly everywhere. The "spotter is lifting the weight while he says, "It's all you, two more." The forced reps principle is a one-way ticket to overtraining when used on any but the last set of a particular exercise, and then only if you cannot reach the desired rep goal for that set and even then, once in a blue moon.

There is a training method that we will be incorporating into our routine that enables you to do forced reps in a systematic, advantageous manner with no risk of overtraining. This is known as the heavy light drop system.
